[IRCA] Question About Return Postage for Canada
Today, I received a QSL letter from a Canadian COast Guard station, and he returned the mist Canadian stamps I included for return postage with a note that said "These stamps are only good if used in the USA". What's that all about? These were ordered only a couple weeks ago from DX Stamp Service, so I would presume they're still "good". Thanx and 73, J.D. Perhaps they could not imagine an American having access to Canadian stamps, and did not look closely at them? Thanx and 73, First Class Postage from Canada to the USA is 98 cents (up to 30 grams, ca 1 ounce).
