The 1340 could be CKHV in Happy Valley-Goose Bay NL, which has some CBC Radio
One programming in addition to Innuit programming. Looks like they could be
doing CBC stuff after 1600.

Drove through New Brunswick, Canada (along Routes 1 and 2, through
Saint John and Moncton, en route to Nova Scotia) on New Year's Day and
logged the following on the car radio (from 1500-1700 local times):
650 WSRO Ashland/New Bedford MA with its Portuguese programming
740 CHCM Marystown NF, country mx on the VOCM Network
1040 CJMS, St.-Constant PQ, lots of fiddle music, French
1270 CJCB Sydney NS
1400 CBG Gander NF with CBC programming
1210 VOAR St John's NF, call ID, "Christian Family Radio Network"
590 VOCM St John's NF
1160 WABY, Mechanicsburg NY
1380 WSYB, Rutland VT
540 CBGA-1 Grande Anse NB, French,very strong in the Moncton area.
1340 UNID with CBC programming, heard in the Moncton area. Ideas?
990 CBAO St Stephen NB, CBC low-power relayer is still on, my
favorite CBC station.
