A little earlier tonight1215 w/pop mx and talk, mostly under domestic splatter so far...0255UT. Well, at 0435UT this evening, 1215 delivered yet again with a brief round of pop mxby 0439, not even a carrier, then back up she comes again. Very similar results here. I'd also checked earlier and couldn't even find any carriers.
