[IRCA] TA carriers WCNA
In spite of this morning's poor Asiatic showing there are TA carriers again in Victoria this evening, such as 1215, 855, 945, 1422. I'm getting wispy carriers in Seattle on 864 909 945 1107 1206 and 1215 at 0428. All just a few db above the noise floor, with no hope of audio at the moment.
