[IRCA] TP stands for Totally Pathetic in NW Washington - 15 Nov 2009

I'm glad it wasn't just me - conditions this morning were almost spooky
they were so poor.  I thought I heard a little audio on 594 from Japan,
but that was from a very weak het. I lucked out yesterday and slept in on
a below-average morning, but I should have stayed in bed this morning as
well.

last night and even JOUB 774 was rather poor here on the coast.
