[IRCA] UNID TP on 945 heard in New Jersey
After reviewing our recordings from this morning (11/8) we determined that about 1056, we heard some audio. It was someone talking, probably a male, but there was not enough of a signal to determine the language. We will be trying again tomorrow morning. Does anyone have any idea for which station we could be hearing? Bill: By far the most likely from Grayland is the CNR1 outlet in Jilin. Any CNR1 parallels available (SW or MW?)
