At 0201 EST, copied CW with a series of V's then WIMA DX TEST. Very weak under a lot of QRM from what does like every station in North America! At 0205 a repeat of the same CW. [IRCA] WIMA 1150 DX Test
WIMA 1150khz DX Test heard Morse Code with same message repeated every few minutes. Several times the code was preceeded by a sort steady tone. One clear voice ID made it through. March music followed the code. Heard with CKOC, and unid with Art Bell and Coast to Coast AM.
