Definitely not Kent, Snoqualmie or Vashon. I remember driving around in Port 
Angeles a few years back and I recall that the marine weather on 1650 was 
coming from an Oregon station.

1650 in northwestern WA, including Kent, Snoqualmie, Neah Bay, Vashon, 
Redmond, etc.  There's also a blanket license for WSDOT to operate  
temporary sites in 7 counties (basically anywhere between Tacoma and the 
Canadian border).  So it would be hard to nail it down with the info you
