And the bank transaction after the murder, as revealed by the Mutt account in Kancheepuram ICICI bank, provide a strong evidence of disbursing huge amounts of money to the hired-killers. These evidences form the 'prima facie' to arrest the seer. The 1,873-page charge sheet names 370 witnesses and includes 712 documents. The deceased who had accused the Shankaracharya of money laundering and later moved court to prevent him from travelling abroad on the premise that Hindu rites did not allow so, was stabbed to death by miscreants in September 2004. The police claimed that two of the 14 persons arrested in the case pointed to Saraswati's 'direct involvement' in the case. The public prosecutor told the court that there was clinching evidence that favoured the arrest of the seer. The criminal cases against the seer needs to be delinked from the religious institution he represents. No doubt, he needs to be allowed every recourse to law and rights guaranteed by the Constitution as a citizen of India, but no more like of a Official State Guest of Government of Kerala now . The first Christians were made by Paul at Old Europe, especially Greece and Rome (Italy), both of which were full with nonsense about many Gods, and the story of Hercules, whose father is the greatest among the Gods Zeus, and his mother a human being, exactly like the story of Trinitarians, Jesus from Mary the human, is the son of something called the father, who is the God of Gods. It was so easy for those who drank this fiction since childhood to make another man a God, without paying attention to what is written in their books even. What happened then, we have a man Jesus, and a God from the same, this confusion made them invent a silly faith, how? Please ask them with love the following questions: How Jesus is God and sitting on the right hand side of God? How a God sits on his own right hand side, takes a nut to talk, and a sane to understand. Ask them: how Jesus is God and the son to himself, since they claim he was the son of God. How any God can be his own son, and his own father in the same relation? He has moved the case of Rashid Rauf from an anti-terrorism court to a regular court, where he faces lesser charges such as forgery. Pakistan has presented Mr Rauf as one of the ringleaders behind the alleged plan to blow up flights out of London. The British authorities say they foiled it with Pakistan's help in August. 'Explosives' The arrest of Rashid Rauf in Pakistan triggered arrests in the UK of a number of suspects allegedly plotting to blow up transatlantic flights. The Pakistani authorities described him as a key figure. But an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi found no evidence that he had been involved in terrorist activities or that he belonged to a terrorist organisation. As well as forgery charges, Mr Rauf has also been charged with carrying explosives. But his lawyer says police evidence amounts only to bottles of hydrogen peroxide found in his possession. Hydrogen peroxide is a disinfectant that can be used for bomb-making if other chemicals are added. 'Suspected conspiracy' In August, the British government requested the extradition of Mr Rauf, a Briton of Pakistani origin, in connection with a murder committed in 2002. Scotland Yard declined to discuss which murder case the request related to. The government in Pakistan, which has no extradition treaty with the UK, said it was considering the request. Rashid Rauf was arrested in Pakistan earlier that month over the alleged plot to blow up US-bound aircraft, Pakistan's foreign ministry said. The Daily Telegraph can reveal Ms Hage-Ali, 22, was one of four people arrested by detectives from the Middle Eastern organised crime squad on November 22 as part of Strike Force Kirban. She was arrested at her Punchbowl home and taken to Bankstown police station, where she was questioned over a cocaine supply ring allegedly operating in Sydney's southwest. The leading member of John Howard's Muslim Community Reference Group was released without charge. Police seized what is believed to be prohibited drugs, cash and ammunition from several of the homes. I did the Saie before doing the tawaf of arrival. I missed the sacrifice because when I went to the bank, they were not accepting any new payments. I also missed the tawaf of farewell. Is my pilgrimage valid? Answer The Saie has always to be done after a tawaf. It can be done after the tawaf on arrival or the tawaf of Ifadah. If you were asking me the same question during your pilgrimage, I would have told you to repeat the Saie after the tawaf of Ifadah. However, since the pilgrimage is over and you have returned home, I hope that your mistake falls within the category for which no compensation is required. The Prophet, peace be upon him, says: My nation has been forgiven what they do through genuine mistakes, or out of forgetfulness, or what they are forced to do. I pray that this applies to you in this particular case. As for the sacrifice, it remains outstanding. You can offer it this year instead of last year. Even if you missed out on doing it during the pilgrimage season, you can still do it afterward. You may ask one of your friends who is going to the pilgrimage to buy a voucher on your behalf and do what is necessary. If you delay it further, you go to Makkah or ask someone who is going there to arrange the slaughter and the distribution of the meat of the sacrificed sheep to the poor of the Haram area. As for the tawaf of farewell, you have to slaughter a sheep in compensation for that. The same applies to this sacrifice as the other. There is no question that your pilgrimage is valid. Pilgrimage is not invalidated except through sexual intercourse during Ihram. On the other hand, if one does not attend at Arafat on the 9th of Thul Hajjah, he is not a pilgrim. The other essential duty of pilgrimage is the tawaf of Ifadah. If one misses that and goes back home without doing it, he has to come back for it, even if he has gone to Alaska or to New Zealand which perhaps are the farthest points from Makkah. As for missing other duties, or doing them wrongly, the slaughter of a sheep is adequate compensation. When it is done, the pilgrimage is considered complete.
