Test script is not enough, because it may have dependence on previous testcase
run. We need db dump on that automation setup and MS log to investigate the
issue.

This bug has nothing to do with IAM feature, it was filed in 4.3 even without
IAM code. Can we still reproduce this in recent 4.4 cod code?
