Wido den Hollander reopened CLOUDSTACK-1302:


Not fixed completely. With my latest commit it fixes that the KVM Agent 
actuallt gets the correct data, but setting it through the UI doesn't work yet.

I also found out that when attaching a disk the cache setting IS send to the 
Agent, but it doesn't apply it.
