assignVirtualMachine leaves associated tags assigned to old account

 Key: CLOUDSTACK-6169
 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-6169
 Project: CloudStack
  Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Anyone can view this level - this is the
 default.)
Affects Versions: 4.2.0, 4.3.0, 4.4.0
Reporter: Marcus Sorensen
Assignee: Namita Chaudhari
 Fix For: Future

I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, but it seems so. If you move a virtual
machine between accounts via 'assignVirtualMachine', then list the virtual
machine, any associated resource tags show the old account/domainid. This is
confusing, but could also be a bad information leak
