I will check both the source changes and test changes once I have clean build 
(maven site) and there are no style or formatting errors.

Phil,

I must have missed this email. I am sorry. I will get this done, and the
other changes to support the UpdatingMultipleLinearRegression class.

I updated my source and noticed the changes were missing. I did my detective
work and noticed this.
