In r1364775 the following changes have been made:
* change the default format to the same one as implemented in
AbstractRealMatrix.toString()
* add static final fields DEFAULT_FORMAT and OCTAVE_FORMAT to MatrixUtils with
corresponding instances of RealMatrixFormat
* use the default RealMatrixFormat in AbstractRealMatrix.toString()
* update unit tests
