[~jcesarmobile] indeed, building the latest docs fixes that particular issue.
However, I'd still like to remove the "How to contribute" and "This
documentation is generated by a tool" section. There was some [discussion on
Slack|https://cordova.slack.com/archives/docs/p1483741428000041] with
[~dblotsky] about how to do that - I am still looking into that.
