In checking rc1 for 1.19, I noted that this page:

[https://drill.apache.org/docs/configuring-storage-plugins/]

has a link to "Start the web UI" to 
[https://drill.apache.org/docs/starting-the-web-console/]

and that page does not exist.

I think that link should go to 
[https://drill.apache.org/docs/starting-the-web-ui/]
