Description:
This is a part of work for credit-based network flow control.
The basic works are:
* Exclusive buffers are assigned to {{RemoteInputChannel}} after created by
{{SingleInputGate}}.
* {{RemoteInputChannel}} implements {{BufferRecycler}} interface to manage the
exclusive buffers itself.
