The internal {{AbstractGatewaySender}} class has a {{destroy}} API to destroy a
{{GatewaySender}}. This is currently an internal API. It would be nice to make
this public by:
- adding destroy to the {{GatewaySender}} interface
- provide {{gfsh}} support
