This is a radical suggestion. I think it a good one. We don't need to 'test' 
clustered MR especially in a unit test. Suggest bringing it up on dev list as a 
discussion point [~chenheng]

I notice that in this testcase,  some test function use 
{{MiniMapReduceCluster}} to run MR job, some not.  For example,  
{{testWritingPEData}} not use {{MiniMapReduceCluster}} but 
{{testMRIncrementalLoad}} use it.

And tests which use {{MiniMapReduceCluster}} run very slowly.  

Could all tests run MR without {{MiniMapReduceCluster}}? It seems to be much 
faster.

I don't know what's the difference between the two approaches.

HBASE-14662 is a potential risk which hang {{TestHFileOutputFormat}}.
After it merged,  we will check whether this issue fix or not.
