If you're experiencing difficulties when using Ignite, it's better to post a
question on user list or StackOverflow:

more details about the problem, it's really hard to tell anything having only
the description you provided here.
Jira should be used only for bugs, improvements or features that have clear
description, scope, etc. Closing this ticket.
