I have checked, the test and it doesn't seem that the test failure related to 
the described changes.

   Ignite Platform .NET [ tests 1 TIMEOUT ] 
Test failures count is low < 3, probably new test introduced   exe: 
CacheQueriesTest.TestScanQuery(True)
