Description: Match highlighter works fine with degenerate interval
positions when {{OffsetsFromPositions}} strategy is used to compute offsets but
will show incorrect offset ranges if offsets are read from directly from the
{{MatchIterator}} ({{OffsetsFromMatchIterator}}).
