I think that after this step I can work on the new provider.
Meanwhile I am thinking about sending a patch to Netty in order to have
isolation for the system properties I will share my thoughts soon.
b.q. I see that we are changing a lot the internals of surefire and we are
introducing new public APIs
is a discussion on the ML needed for this sort of "big changes" ?
