We shall only register auth schemes Basic, Digest, NTLM which {{settings.xml}}
supports. Other aren't really supported. More over, the SPNEGO support in
HttpClient is broken and shall not be used: HTTPCLIENT-1625 and HTTPCLIENT-1938.
