The solution as described does not match the summary on this issue, so I don't 
think it should be closed as "fixed".

I don't like defaulting newly _created_ repositories to be visible to the guest 
user.  That doesn't happen in Continuum-- newly added groups are not visible 
unless you grant roles.

As I understand the request, it was to be able to pre-configure guest access to 
some known repositories.  Brett?

I would suggest the best way to do this is to allow assignment of roles as a 
step in repository creation rather than introducing a new flag that is tied to 
a role.

But that's a completely different feature. This issue is *only* to configure 
guest access by default for pre-configured repositories.

As well as making 'new' repositories be added to the Guest User ... 

I want to do this one step better.

Have on the admin / repositories page a "Secured Repository" vs "Open 
Repository" option (and Icon) that really just enables / disables the roles on 
the Guest User.

What do you think?
