If I execute "mvn install" and the project is located in a directory which
contains umlauts (e.g. Übung) the test-execution (or maybe already build)
fails. With a
org.apache.maven.surefire.booter.SurefireExecutionException: Unable to create
test class 'X'; nested exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException
