Looks like the test fails with a different reason than the one in this bug. Can 
you create a separate JIRA issue for your case to better track the differences? 
I'll close this issue here again, because the {{Perf is not supported}} failure

According my test, it have two problem in CentOS 7. One is the perf format 
detect in CentOS 7 is incorrect, the anther one is it would remain process when

This seems weird to me, since we have a 
[filter|https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/master/src/tests/environment.cpp#L275-L307]
 which only runs tests that contains {{Perf}} if {{perf}} is available.

It seems that the right "fix" is adding documentation about needing to have 
perf support, respectively what to expect on which kinds of VMs on how to set 
them up. And also auto-disabling the test (ideally prompting a message about 
why then): https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-3471
