https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123478 --- Comment #11 from Armin Le Grand armin.le.gr...@me.com --- ALG: This is so unbelievable, I am shocked myself; I use an temporarily instance of BitmapBuffer when creating a GDI+ Bitmap object to get to 24bit color depth. That class gets filled by calling StretchAndConvert, filling the allocated memory with the 24bit temporary data. After using it, it gets deleted. But: A look at the class BitmapBuffer shows: BitmapBuffer(){} ~BitmapBuffer() {} ARGH! It does neither initialize nor cleanup the memory that struct is administrating (!). Sorry, I did not control the implementation of that struct, it is actively used in VCL. I hate that old stuff, this means that all usages of that struct in the current code have to and do manage that memory handish. ARGH! Who did stuff like that? To fix, I cannot even safely add a free memory to the constructor, this would require to identify all places where that memory is controlled handish; to safely fix this I will also have to free the mem controlled by that struct by hand... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. [Bug 123465] [SVG] marker-mid missing for empty closepath if first point equals last point
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123465 --- Comment #5 from Armin Le Grand armin.le.gr...@me.com --- ALG: You are probably right with closeWithGeometryChange; it has historical reasons and is originally based on the transition from tools:Polygon classes to basegfx classes; the tools:Polygon class had no internal possibility to express that it is closed, it used the 1st == last point paradigm, making it impossible to have open polygons with 1st and last point being equal. closeWithGeometryChange is sued in the converters between these two polygon classes to solve this; mainly used in im/exporters and binfilter, short: in places where it was not possible to get away from tools:polygon yet. I already thought about that one as a possible reason; for SVG it might indeed be the best solution to just not do that. This might lead to one problem, though: - import a svg:d not closed, 1st and last points equal - break (to no longer have it as original SVG) and save as ODF: In the UNO API it needs to be converted to sequences of points which also do have no possibility to express a polygon with 1st == last point and not closed (maybe with the polygon type, need to check). Thus: This type of polygon might get lost... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123514 Bug ID: 123514 Issue Type: DEFECT Summary: update the product version to 4.1 Product: Installation Version: 4.1.0-dev Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: ui Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org Reporter: rb.hensc...@t-online.de CC: issues@openoffice.apache.org With build from trunk I still see Welcome to the Installation Wizard for OpenOffice 4.0.0.. And in the about-box is Apache OpenOffice 4.0.0. too. Both should be 4.1.0. If understand it correctly, a version 4.0.2 would not be made from trunk but from branch AOO401. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
