The alignment of the whole page is also changed." Steps Taken: 1. Start Open Office 2. Open a .doc file that was previously made in Word 3. Observed that the document opened properly 4. Like in build-in-window - like File Open for example. There you can open selected file with double click on item in the list or Enter key, when item is slelected. The steps of creating the hyperlink: 1. Select text to be made as hyperlink. 2. Click menu "Insert" -> "Hyperlink" 3. In Left panel of the pop-up dialog, click "Document" 4. At right panel, click the target icon button at right of "Target" textfield. 5. At "Target in document" pop-up, expand "Headings" and choose "1.1. Title 01". 6. Click Apply button and close it. 7. Mail Merge
I want to merge a data base of addresses on to post cards using Avery 8387 'labels'. Sometimes I can find the 'LABELS' selection and other times I can't. When I can, I put in the correct data base fields in their right order and the program prints where ever it feels like. I put in the font, Calibri and 14 point size and it will print out as Times Roman at 6 point size and nowhere near where I wanted it. For example: it will print two addresses in the first post card and two in the third post card. Please help. I'm losing time and money. Thanks. David Zaenglein
