[Issue 126051] New: Spurious insertion of page break and paragraph break in the footer
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126051 Issue ID: 126051 Issue Type: DEFECT Summary: Spurious insertion of page break and paragraph break in the footer Product: Writer Version: 4.1.0 Hardware: PC OS: Windows 8 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: save-export Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org Reporter: ngkoh...@gmail.com Created attachment 84441 --> https://issues.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=84441&action=edit A cleaned up document for you to try editing and then saving to illustrate this spurious additions of breaks. If there is a footer on a page, the first time the document is saved in .doc format and closed, a page break is insert as the first character in the footer. Subsequent times the document is saved and closed, an additional paragraph break is inserted just after the page break inserted the first time around. Deleting these spurious breaks does not help as the same cycle takes place every time. I have attached an example (with the breaks already cleaned up) for you to edit and then save to illustrate this issue. This issue existed as far back as version 3.4 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue. You are watching all issue changes.
[Issue 126050] New: Search/Replace on single cell does not work.
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126050 Issue ID: 126050 Issue Type: DEFECT Summary: Search/Replace on single cell does not work. Product: Calc Version: 4.1.1 Hardware: PC OS: Windows 7 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: editing Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org Reporter: je...@kindwall.me I have a relatively long string stored in a single cell. Example: "Thing-1!!!/Thing-2!!!/Thing-3/Thing-4!!!/Thing-5" I want to replace all occurrences of "Thing" with "Bling" in this cell without affecting the rest of the sheet. So I select this one cell, hit ctrl-F to open the find & Replace dialog. Search for: Thing Replace with: Bling Click the "More Options" button Check the "Current selection only" option. Click Replace All. At this point i get a "Search key not found" message and no replacement is done. If I select even one other cell along with the target cell, the replacement works as expected. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue. [Issue 126049] New: Regex Search/Replace in Calc does not support lookbehinds/lookaheads
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126049 Issue ID: 126049 Issue Type: DEFECT Summary: Regex Search/Replace in Calc does not support lookbehinds/lookaheads Product: Calc Version: 4.1.1 Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: editing Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org Reporter: je...@kindwall.me I have a bunch of strings that look something like this stored in several cells in a spreadsheet: "Thing-1!!!/Thing-2!!!/Thing-3/Thing-4!!!" I want to make sure every numbered Thing ends with three exclamation marks, and as you can see above, they are missing from Thing-3. So I attempt a regex Search/Replace with a lookbehind like this: Search for (?<=-\d)/ Replace with !!!/ So that should find all forward slashes that are immediately preceded by a hyphen and a single digit, then replace only the slash with three exclamation marks and another slash. Tried this exact scenario in OpenOffice Writer and it worked. However using the exact same search string and regex in OpenOffice Calc, I get "Search key not found." Similarly, if I try to search the same string with this regex: Thi(?=ng) It matches the first three letters of each "Thing" in Writer, but in Calc I again get "Search key not found." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue. [Issue 124926] Text hidden behind image border when applied custom outline and EXPORTing to PDF
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124926 --- Comment #6 from sandra.il...@altom.ro --- Additional configuration details: 1. OpenOffice Writer version 4.0.1 Release: Milestone AOO401m5 | Build ID 9714 | SVN r1524958 2. OpenOffice Writer version 4.1.0 Release: Milestone AOO410m18 | Build ID 9764 | SVN r1589052 Additionally, after finding out more information about the custom contour and how to apply it to a picture (https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/Writer_Guide/Wrapping), I've managed to customize the outline. I have applied an elliptic contour to the used image (Format --> Wrap --> Edit Contour). Afterwards, I applied the wrap before, after, parallel or optimal, but even so, I couldn't reproduce the fact that the text doesn't flow around the shape of the image. In my case, the text is displayed around the shape of the picture, as seen in the last attached PDF file ("Replicate - attempt 2_applied_custom shape_4_1_0.pdf"). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
