Confirmed that behavior is as Santiago473 states. However, I cannot change
color or spacing to a configuration that gives me any resizing as previously
mentioned(see below). I agree that this functionality should create a
transparent border. If no border is wanted, there is a different option for
that.

I tested and i can confirm this bug. When the -none- is selected, the colour
must be generated like transparent, but without rearrange. But you also can
select colour white (or your document background) for the border and everything
is ok.

Not quite. The preview shows different symbols for

"Line arrangement: set no borders"

and

"Line arrangement: set all four borders: style: - none -"

The later shows four arrows pointing away from the document to the picture,
while the first one just shows the picture. So my first guess was that "style:
- none -" would simply draw a gap between the border and the picture.

Well, if the function is "meant to do nothing" then it is also a bug, because a
function that does nothing is obviously completely nonsense.

In this case "- none -" should be completely removed from the list of
selectable border styles.

It looks like that the dialog has a defect.
Border style "- none -" means no border at all - the same as choosing "Set No
Border" for the "Line arrangement".
Unfortunately, the dialog did not recognize this correctly and still allows the
user to input "Spacing to contents".

To have a "Spacing to contents" without a "invisible" border you can choose a
corresponding color for the border to make it "invisible".
