I did not experience the app crashing. iii)I did a cut/paste of a text string by CTL-C and CTL-V and holding the CTL-V down, continuously pasting the text string into the OO document. After ~15 pages the CTL-V operation would freeze, i.e. no further text was pasted. I then had to release the CTL-V keys, hit the ENTER key and then I was able to continue rapid pasting the text string as described above. The operation freezing is repeatable on this version of OO but it did not result in the app crashing. b)Additional follow up tests or data: i)Attempt to determine the installation locale the author is using for PC and AOO. (1)I took the snippet of the dump the originator provided and used translate.google.com. Maybe the crash depends on the details? Try to find the simplest scenario that causes the crash. Alternate replication steps: I opened Writer, copy and pasted with CTRL-C and CTRL-V, and continued to write in the document for more than five minutes without crashing.
