But at the end you can insert the function - either via double-click or the little f(x) icon on top left. Furthermore, it seems the same base functionality than for the Function Wizard which can be opened with the menu command one above. So, for me it's OK to be in the Insert menu. But what I dislike is that it is duplicate with the Function Wizard and the menu item (+ code) Function List should be removed completely. All the other commands (Cells..., Rows, ...) describes a function, which can be inserted. The Function List itself can't be. If you don't want to move it, rename it to 'Function from List'.
