I posted this bug report not because I am a developer, but because I am a user for whom OpenOffice is currently basically unusable. Crash must have multiple causes. You can cure by resetting the AOO profile. See directly our support forum for more information about it. I posted this bug report not because I am a developer, but because I am a user for whom OpenOffice is currently basically unusable. Bit alarmed that the only response has been to point me in the direction of temporary autosave files, when the issue is that autosave stops working, and saving subsequently makes the whole program fail, sometimes with a proper crash report, sometimes silently, sometimes with a general access fault. I am very happy to work with developers to try and pinpoint the problem, but regrettably I'm not one myself so I'm not in a position to do more than report the fault and try and duplicate it in a useful way for someone with more knowledge than me. If no resolution to my issue is forthcoming, I will regretfully have to backgrade to bloody Micro$oft, after years of being a faithful and happy OO user. :( -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
