For instructions on how to reset your profile see the following

It could be nothing at all, but based on history it is the first
troubleshooting step that we recommend.

First, try to reset your user profile.

Please report back the outcome of your testing, so this Issue may be closed or
progressed as necessary - otherwise the issue may be Resolved as Invalid in the
