Description:
Introducing {{ArrowColumnVector}} as a reader for Arrow vectors.
It extends {{ColumnVector}}, so we will be able to use it with
{{ColumnarBatch}} and its functionalities.
Currently it supports primitive types and {{StringType}}, {{ArrayType}} and
{{StructType}}.
