Description:
In the current master, the common subexpr elimination code in HashAggregateExec
is expanded in a single method:
[https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/aggregate/HashAggregateExec.scala#L397]
This method size can be too big for JIT, so we can define an individual method
for each common subexpression.
