[~Sreenath] - if you plan on taking this up after TEZ-2670, please feel free to 
assign the jira to yourself.
Another webservice which *may* be useful is to change the logging level for the 
AM. I say maybe because by the time we figure out something is stuck, changing 
the log level will likely not help much.

Once task part of TEZ-2760 get complete following would be available.
- tasks running
- tasks completed per vertex

Other 3 would have to be taken up separately.

I think [~Sreenath] [~pramachandran] are working on a web service to track the 
realtime status of dag for tez-ui. We can consolidate them into one web service 
in AM.
