During a migration from InfluxDB 0.13.3 to 1.1, we copied our entire database 
using the sync_ts_database. Somehow the process takes a long time due all 
memory+swap being used. As far as I know it doesn't get killed but the process  
seems to never finish (I'm probably being impatient after 30 minutes).
