Debugging further, it seems that, due to some unknown reason, the event handler may have dispatched the event to Spdy FetchSM, which tried to process this as a fetch event. The MIME response header that spdy tried to submit as a syn_reply seems like garbage (mime hdr length for the response is non-zero, but, m_freetop seems to be non-zero, which doesn't make sense).
