It does always load DH group parameters for each context (either hard-coded value or value from the DHParams file). And marks the context to pick a new DH pair for each use. There is no opt-out. Not clear that is necessary. There is no opt-out for enabling ECDH either. If you really cared, I would guess that you could adjust the cipher list to avoid the ciphers that use DH. I figured administrators could adjust the cipher suite as you recommended as that's currently how they would enable or disable ECDHE support, and it might be redundant to have two config variables that have the same effect. I think it's a good way to go unless someone has strong objections. I'll finish up adding the new config variable to the ancillary scripts and documentation and re-post the patch soon.
