Experience in Oracle client installation Day-to-Day Our client is looking for 2 SQL server DBA's who will be responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of production databases and data dictionaries in compliance with application specifications and company policies, standards and procedures. Manages and maintains all production and non-production SQL Server databases. This candidate will maintain and Support SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 in clustered environment with multi node clusters. They will be installing and configuring SQL Server 2008 R2 in cluster platform, managing mid to large SQL Server environment (multiple SQL Servers/Instances), troubleshooting configuration, usage and query problems. This candidate will be doing performance tuning in SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 databases and performance monitoring using SQL server dynamic management views, SQL server profiler tools. This candidate will also work on a 24/7 on-call support rotation every 2-4 weeks.
