4+Months ContractSummary of Project Scope:*
This position will be to work on the (ServiceNow Replatform project).
Duties will include work across the technologies owned and managed by the
team.
The purpose of this position is to analyze, develop, implement and maintain
(ServiceNow Service Catalog) administrative and technical strategies and
mechanisms for (project deliverables). To conduct system and procedural
risk analysis, with a strong focus on network technologies, and advise and
recommend appropriate approaches for minimizing or eliminating risks.
*Specific Project Deliverables:*
The consulting resource is responsible for the following:
*Policy Management:*
Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to develop and implement a
process for (Service Catalog).
*Implementation:*
Research, document, design, and deploy (the new Service Catalog Build).
*Panning:*
Work closely with (IT Service Management Office)
*Other:*
Completes accurate weekly time reporting in client tool
Other duties as directed by the Resource Manager
