Minimum 3 years of experience with 5 years of experience preferred. With the project’s aggressive timeline, you need devs who are ready to go, there is no time for learning on the job. Responsive Design: Developers need to be fluent in responsive design for both desktop and tablet with familiarity with Bootstrap and Foundation frameworks. Gracefully enabling, disabling and transitioning between modules and page elements will be critical to a successful user experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with responsive design. JavaScript Framework: Developers need to be comfortable with complex JavaScript requirements and should have familiarity with Backbone and angularJS. Creating a structured, modular, decoupled architecture and code will be critical for both the initial implementation of the site and the future maintainability of the site. *Description :* Minimum 3 years of experience with JavaScript AJAX / Asynchronous JavaScript: This is a “data hungry” site and requires multiple calls to various APIs and backend services. Minimum 3 years of experience with AJAX is required from the dev team to successfully implement a user experience which can account for slow response times or performances issues from the backend. Sessions / Cookies: Much of the user experience on the site is dependent on the cookied recognition of users (prior to log in) Also, a well-defined strategy for session management and caching is critical. Minimum 3 years of experience working on sites with complex session management and user recognition requirements. JavaScript Animations: The new design is modern and heavily depends on JavaScript animations as a part of the user experience. If these animations are not implemented correctly, you will have a “jarring” and “disconnected” user experience. Minimum 4 years of experience with JavaScript Animations. Decoupled Front-End Code: With the current Advantage implementation the HTML/CSS is very tightly couple with the JSPs and backend code. There’s a lot of “spaghetti code” in there. The front-end and back-end must be decoupled with the new implementation.
