Roles and responsibilities:
- Designing, building and maintaining innovative infrastructure solutions
that support the needs of our Oracle solutions
- This includes, but is not limited to: Single Sign-On, authentication
services, directory services, and general IT application design,
architecture, and capacity planning.
- This role’s primary technical area is Single Sign-On and authentication
related to WebCenter Portal solutions; however you will be involved in many
of the other core applications and services managed by corporate IT.
- You will be involved in IT infrastructure projects that will optimize
current services as well as deploy and integrate new technologies for the
global corporate IT environment. You will interact with various business,
engineering and operational teams.

Skills Required:
- 5+years of experience with OAM, OIM, OID and OIF technologies
- 5+years of experience with Single Sign-On technologies
- 5+years of experience with authentication protocols and services
- Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a global
enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of authentication theory/practice
- Good understanding of identity management theory and fundamentals.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes
- A solid understanding of an operating system; understands paging and
swapping, inter-process communications, devices and what device drivers do,
filesystem concepts (inode, clustering, logical partitions), can use
performance analysis to tune systems.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance
conflicting demands
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Description:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum experience in software development, software design or
business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc)
and implementation preferred
- Experience creating Functional Specification documents required.
Experience creating Impact Assessment documentsis preferred.
- Experience in Systems Analysis of medium to large-scale projects with
multiple functional components
- 5 years minimum experience with supporting both purchased and in-house
developed applications required
- 5 years minimum experience with a formal SDLC preferred
- 5 years minimum experience developing business solutions with a variety
of tools preferred
- 2 years minimum Project Management, Management, Team Lead, or other
equivalent leadership experience preferred
- 5 years minimum experience in telecommunications industry preferred

*Desired Skills:* (Functional/Technical Skills)

- MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Working Knowledge of UML, SQL, JMS, XML, Oracle. Java knowledge preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience with TIBCO, or other Integration platforms like
Web Methods, MQ Series, Vitria, Weblogic Integration Platform a strong plus
- Experience with multiple functional areas including billing, service, and
finance required
- Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and
system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER
diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State
Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenario.
- Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life
cycle and can train others on SDLC concepts
- Demonstrates thorough working knowledge to effectively manage time,
prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables
and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of
complex applications
- Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
- Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed
applications required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a strong team player with a commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are required
- Must have ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a
flexible positive attitude
