*Role: Programmer Analyst III (Jira Program Analyst) * *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Detailed Description* · Create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, custom fields, notification schemes, reports and dashboards in JIRA · Lead and provide technical assistance during JIRA upgrades and integration · Architect and build Atlassian Confluence environments from the ground up · Provide support to agile development teams in their use of agile/ALM tools · Escalate issues and potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders and management · Adhere to process, tools, and metrics standards established by the ALM and process engineering teams · Perform all of the above duties independently, with minimal supervision, keeping managers, team members, and stakeholders informed of progress · Ability to work in a fast paced delivery focused environment · Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned *Job Requirements* · A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related science is required · 3-6 years of related programming work experience is required · Experience supporting JAVA/J2EE application programming is desired · Strong knowledge of programming concepts and techniques required · Sound knowledge of system development principles, procedures and methodologies required · Ability to work on general programming tasks without instruction · Knowledge of quality assurance testing and walkthroughs · Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner. · Direct experience in a Health Care application environment with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of claims processing and cost containment requirements is desired · Possess a working knowledge of PC software programs, including MS Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project. · Exceptional skills to take general input and direction from project leads (Senior Programmer Analyst or Technical Specialist) and to subsequently organize and complete projects independently · Highly motivated self-starter with capability to quickly learn, and work with new technologies and complex technical environments · Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and strong teamwork relationships. · Ability to listen to the needs of our internal clients, communicate clearly, and determine ideal configuration for a new development teams and projects · Strong background in JIRA, Confluence and administration for agile development processes · JIRA experience including installation, configuration, maintenance, reporting dashboards, new project creation, and integration with other tools such as Confluence · JIRA experience in a DevOps lifecycle is a plus · Experience with Java development, Atlassian tools (cloud) as well as experience with Stash/Git is desirable · Experience with 3rd party add-ons and plugins for JIRA/Confluence for deployment/release management is desirable · Experience with modern software development practices (test-driven development, SCRUM, DevOps, and continuous integration) is a plus -- Thanks & Regards, Rahul|InfowaySolutions Inc. vra...@infowaygroup.com | 510-240-9687 infowaygroup.com | 46520 Fremont Blvd, Suite 614 | Fremont, CA – 94538 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "it req" group.
