Exploratory and ad hoc testing are required. -Work within Scrum team to identify automation strategy and execution plan. -Script Components and write BPT’s for identified test cases. -Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. -Work under general supervision with direction provided by a manager or lead. -Escalate blocking issues to Project Lead or Management. -Report status and track time. -Participate in project meetings. Job Overview: Define and execute test cases against a major software release for web based HRIS application. Tester will focus 50% on manual test execution and 50% on automation test case development using QTP (creating components and BPTs).
