One who translates business and system needs into Solution Requirements for Designers, Developers and Testers to consume and uses requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification to deliver functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements. This candidate will work on an Agile team that supports systems and interfaces to multiple applications. ·The Requirements Analyst elicits requirements for enhancements to these applications. Validation of requirements often involves confirmation of how the application currently functions (this is not always known by the business areas, nor is there always supporting documentation to use as a starting point).
