Mau nanya, kenapa SQLserver 200 di server saya memory usagenya bisa besar banget.. lebih dari ½ giga... Ada yang bisa memberikan solusi, atau pencerahan kenapa bisa seperti ini?? Pertama teman saya ini, sebut saja namanya A ikut training 1 hari besoknya A langsung RESIGN tanpa kabar,kemudian beberapa bulan kemudian perusahaan ini menghubungi si A lagi dengan nama PT MIS, karena A tidak ingat bhw PT Maxgain ini terletak di lt.28, maka saya datang utk interview, betapa KECEWA nya A ternyata PT MIS, adalah PT MAXGAIN setelah itu A langsung pulang tidak sudi di interview. Kemudian beberapa bulan kemudian, Pt ini menghubungi A lagi dengan nama PT IMF, kebetulan yang menerima telpon adalah pembantu di rumah A, yang membuat catatan interview untuk A. Lagi-lagi si A KENA, Perusahaan ini adalah juga PT Maxgain yang dulu menghubungi saya, menurut si resepsionisnya tidak ada orang yang bernama bp.RiZal di sana. Jadi A sudah dipermainkan oleh mereka.Padahal A datang ke Perusahaan tersebut sudah, menghabiskan uang transport dan waktu yang berjam-jam karena MACET! PT Maxgain ini disamping SDM nya SANGAT TIDAK profesional, juga CENDERUNG MENIPU PARA PENCARI KERJA. KENAPA? karena mulai dari awal interview, disamping pihak interviewer ini sangat tidak profesional, juga mengiming-imingi orang dengan posisi yang bukan Marketing, seperti : Financial Analyst, BDE(Business developmetn Executive) padahal kenyataannya itu posisi adalah SALES! DAN TIDAK ADA GAJI ATAU TUNJANGAN TRANSFORT (Allowance), akan tetapi si interviewer ini menipu si pencari kerja/palamar bahwa ada gaji. Dan setelah pelamar tersebut datang beberapa hari (di training), barulah nanti ketahuan bahwa perusahaan ini TIDAK MEMBERIKAN GAJI SAMASEKALI! Sehingga, turn over, karyawan yang masuk dan keluar bisa masuk record MURI atau Guiness book deh! satu bulan bisa ada 100 yang masuk dan yang keluar 100 orang begitu terus selanjutnya..seperti siklus daur hidup. Apa perusahaan ini tidak berpikir bahwa kenapa orang bisa bekerja disana hanya 1 hari saja, dan kenapa banyak yang keluar, apakah ini tidak PEMBOROSAN YANG SIA-SIA? Soal pemunculan web di search engine, faktor meta tag hanyalah salah satu faktor penentu. Coba mas di google search pake keyword: site: url-website-mas.com . Lihat berapa banyak halaman page mas yang udah ke index sama google. Pertanyaannya jadi, keyword apa yang bersesuaian dengan halaman yang ke index sama google? Google menggunakan banyak parameter selain dari meta tag untuk mengurutkan tingkat relevansi website dengan keyword dalam pencarian. Untuk meta tag pun, hanya tag TITLE yang diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, usahakan tag TITLE jangan cuma diisi alamat website (url) tapi isi sesuai dengan content dari page tersebut. Google menganut asas "content is the king". Jadi buatlah content page sesuai dengan keyword yang relevan dengan page tersebut. Letakkan keyword sebanyak mungkin dalam content anda tersebut. Tapi hati-hatinya jangan sampai anda dianggap melakukan spamming. Buat kode-kode html sesuai dengan yang digariskan oleh W3C. Perhatikan semantik dari kode html anda. Validasi kode-kode html dan css anda. Google sangat memperhatikan hal ini. Selain itu, pilihlah nama domain yang menggunakan keyword dari website anda. Misal keyword "jual buku" maka anda bisa menggunakan domain jual-buku.com. Umur domain jg menjadi perhatian dari google. Daftar link anda di dmoz.org. Dmoz merupakan direktori link dimana merupakan salah satu sumber pencarian dari google. Tukarkan link-link anda dengan website yang lain. Buatlah sebuah sitemap dari website anda. Usahakan semua halaman-halaman dari website anda saling bertautan (nge-link). Coba pake Symantec PC Anywere... kompie yang terhubung CCTV dijadikan host. Bapak tinggal meremote dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Koneksi tersambung melalui modem dial up. mo nanya neh...klo hub ke hub kan pake kabel utp mode cross?? atau pake straight yah??? kasusnya gini... satu hub d-link 24 port, satunya lagi 3com 24port. awalnya waktu di ping dr pc ke server bagus, dia nge reply. tapi lama-lama ngedrop. request timed out. tapi ditunggu berapa menit dia nge reply lg. anehnya lagi waktu bisa reply dari 1 pc, dicoba ping ke pc laen jd RTO lg. dan itu gantian. kadang semua pc di ping jd RTO semua. masalah nya ada dimana yah??? help melieur euy:) tanx b4 - Yahoo!
