Para sesepu mo nanya nih... di kantor saya menggunakan 2 server yaitu: 1) server A diinstall WIN 2003 Server fungsinya untuk file sharing atau data center 2) server B diinstall WIN 2002 Server + ISA Server 2004 fungsinya untuk proxy dan firewall atau sharing internet Nah yg saya mo tanyakan adalah bisa tidak jika hanya menggunakan satu buah server saja yaitu Server A saja. tetapi server A berfungsi sebagai file sharing dan sebagai sharing internet juga jika bisa bagaimana caranya?? klo bisa tanpa ISA server. Klo anda jeli mungkin dalam format gambar (C:\WINDOWS\system32 \*.bmp ) atau *.scr (C:\WINDOWS\), sebenarnya itu bukanlah sebuat virus, tetapi hanya sebuah tampilan saja yg bisa dirubah dan mungkin juga file logon.scr nya sudah dirubah oleh rekan anda. Lebih mudahnya pake saja program X-Setup Pro (http://www.xqdc.us/) setelah di install masuk ke Startup/Shutdown\Startup\Windows NT/2K/XP\30)Before Login Window disana anda bisa merubah logon nya dari background color, title, wallpaper, legal notice, Sceensaver name dan time outnya. Teman2 IT Center saya punya masalah nih
2 hari yang lalu saya mengganti power supply salah satu user saya
yang mempunyai masalah sering hang apabila load UPS sedang down tiba-tiba.
setelah saya ganti kemudian saya test ternyata harddisk di dalam CPU tersebut
minta di boot dg CD booting.
Saya check di BIOS.
Saya pikir itu karena harddisk saya belum terdetect d BIOS
pas saya lihat ternyata bertuliskan Primary IDE 0 : (T;48094 ( ((
ukuran files naik menjadi : 1269.80 GB atau 12 TB (aslinya Seagate 40 GB).

Saya dah coba jadiin slave untuk masuk ke harddisk tsb tetapi ada tulisan :
the disk in drive ??? is not formated, do you wan format it
kalo saya ceck d properties ekstension filenya adalah RAW
waktu saya pernah kejadian kaya gini tetapi di harrdisk saya pribadi.
waktu itu saya langsung format (file saya hilang semua hik... hik...)
Pertanyaan saya adalah:
ada ga cara atau instruksi untuk mengembalikan kondisi harddisk tsb biar normal
terus ada software khusus nya ga agar data nya ga hilang
karena data nya lumayan penting.
o y sampai saat ini harddisk tersebut belum saya format.

buka rgistri editor dari start-run-ketik regedit
terus masuk ke h_key current user -- pilih software--microsoft--windows
--curentversion--policies--explorer.
dari situ kamu klik kanan, pili create dwordvalue
trus ketik NoControlPanel
trus nilainya pilih format hex beri nilai value 1
kemudian restart. Hasilnya control panel hilang..
ini juga yg sy pakai dkantor agar user gak bisa utak- atik seting windows.

Hi Guys, semua nya. Mau sharing and tanya 2x nih. Kenapa yach di windows saat colok usb drive atau card reader atau sejenisnya selalu muncul windows error message. = WINDOWS - NO DISK X = x There is no disk in the drive. Please Insert a disk into drive \device\harddisk3\DR5 CANCEL TRY AGAINCONTINUE -- - = (kurang lebih tampilannya seperti diatas) Message ini ada 3x atau lebih dengan warning yg berbeda pada bagian device (device\harddisk6\dr8 ,dst secara random) Tapi, jika kita pilih continue atau try again atau cancel terkadang bisa hilang messagenya. Jika tidak pada saat kita click pilihan diantara 3 itu ,windows langsung hang dan tampilan BSOD (blue screen of dead) yg menampilkan barisan error di memory. Jika begini pc harus di force shurdown melalui power button dan dinyalakan kembali. oya sebagai info saat awal load bios setting ada warning CPU û(lambang miu) Code error press f1 to continue... tolong pencerahannya apa harus install windows ulang atau restore? dan bios apa harus ganti processornya ke yg lebih rendah dari (pIV 3 ghz). Dear all, saya sedang mencari sharing storage LAN (tcp/ip - RJ45) , bisa device (NAS) ataupun software (win/linux). Syaratnya harus bisa me manage user access / koneksi dari komp Macintosh karena akan dipakai oleh OS Win, MacOS dan mungkin Linux. Ukuran yang dibutuhkan sekitar 1 - 3 Tb (raid 4x750Gb sata hdd) atau lebih tapi tidak mengarah ke penggunaan SAN blade server system. Kalau ada rekan-rekan yg punya pengalaman bangun storage server sejenis sekiranya bisa dishare.
